International Calls If someone who is not using a France based sim card wishes to call they would need to add the France calling code +33 prior to the phone number For example, if your phone number is 0x xx xx xx xx, then they would need to dial +33 x xx xx xx xx   You can also connect them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc .
