Should anyone want to call you on your phone number, they would need to drop the leading 0 and add the France country code +33 in front of the phone number, For example, if the phone number noted in the SMS is 6 60 66 00 01, they would need to dial +33 6 60 66 00 01. Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device.
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following; Name: Bouygues Telecom APN: mmsbouygtel.com Proxy, Port, Username & Password: LEAVE BLANK.
The features on the sim card are valid for 30 days of service from activation. 
This sim cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and swap the sim over at the end of 30 days. For example, if you are travelling for 45 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 30 day period. (Please note: each sim card will have a different phone number). The same can be applied if you feel you need more data within a 30 days period, so please purchase multiple sims according to how much data you will need for your trip. For example, If you need 120GB of data within a 30 days period then please purchase 2 sims or if you think you need 90GB of data then please purchase one 60GB and one 30GB sims.
